Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at create@viziermedia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item within 2 business days.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability. Please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your returned item.
